.◊ In the case of an emergency, call us during office hours and an appointment will be made for you. If you call after office hours, our answering service will contact the doctors for you. If you do not hear from a doctor within 15 minutes, call again. If the doctors at Gainesville Eye Physicians are not available, you will be contacted by another ophthalmologist covering our practice. If, for any reason, a doctor can not be reached, go to the emergency room at AGH or NFRMC where an ophthalmologist is always on call.
