Dr. Gregory Snodgrass received his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the West Virginia Institute of Technology. He then obtained his medical degree from the West Virginia University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and Ophthalmology Residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital and The Ohio State University, serving as Chief Resident. Dr. Snodgrass moved to Gainesville in 1987, becoming a partner in Gainesville Eye Physicians. Over the years, he has expanded his practice to include offices in Live Oak, Lake City, and Dowling Park. He is known as one of the area’s premier ophthalmologists, combining advanced skills, state-of-the-art technology, and over twenty years of experience to provide his patients with superior eye care.

Dr. Walter “Terry” Marshall received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida. He remained at the University of Florida, obtaining his medical degree from the College of Medicine. He completed his internship and fellowship in Nephrology at Duke University. He then returned to the University of Florida to complete his Ophthalmology Residency. Dr. Marshall began practicing in 1976 in the Creekside area of Gainesville. He eventually moved to the current location on East University Avenue, where he was able to combine his love for ophthalmology with his passion for historic preservation. In 1987, he partnered with Dr. Gregory Snodgrass to form Gainesville Eye Physicians. He currently practices in Gainesville and Melrose, offering state-of-the-art eye care and over thirty years of experience in a beautifully restored historic setting.
